We are honored to host you. Every dinner is intentionally curated to create an intimate and memorable culinary experience.
Please review our policies before purchasing your ticket.
Reservations

All reservations must be made in advance.

Seating is limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

A reservation is confirmed only after full payment has been received.
Ticket Sales

All ticket sales are final.

Tickets are non-refundable.

Tickets may be transferred to another guest with at least 48 hours' notice.

If the event is canceled by The 23rd Bite, guests will receive the option of a full refund or credit toward a future experience.
Arrival

Guests are encouraged to arrive 15–20 minutes before the scheduled start time.

Service begins promptly at the advertised time.

Late arrivals may miss courses that have already been served, and missed courses cannot be recreated.
Dietary Restrictions

Dietary restrictions and allergies must be submitted at least 7 days before the event.

While every effort is made to accommodate requests, accommodations cannot be guaranteed.

Due to the nature of our kitchen, cross-contact with allergens may occur.
Alcohol

Guests must be 21 years or older to consume alcoholic beverages.

Valid government-issued identification may be required.

Please drink responsibly.
Photography

Photography is welcomed.

Flash photography and disruptive filming during service is restricted out of respect for fellow guests.
Guest Conduct
To preserve the atmosphere of the evening, guests are expected to:

Follow all venue rules.
The 23rd Bite reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests whose behavior compromises the safety or enjoyment of others.
GENERAL POLICY

The 23rd Bite maintains all required business licensing, permits, and insurance as required by law.
