Cooking Class Policy
Our cooking classes are designed to be engaging, educational, and hands-on while maintaining a safe kitchen environment.
Registration

Full payment is required to reserve your space.

Class sizes are intentionally limited.
Cancellations

Cancellations made 7 days before class may receive a credit toward a future class.

Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.

No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.
Safety
Participants agree to:

Follow all chef instructions.

Use kitchen equipment responsibly.

Wear closed-toe shoes.

Tie back long hair.

Notify instructors of any injuries immediately.
Participants who fail to follow safety instructions may be removed from the class without refund.
Allergies
Participants are responsible for informing us of allergies before class.
While precautions are taken, ingredients containing common allergens including dairy, eggs, wheat, shellfish, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, and fish may be present.
Photography
Photos and short videos may be taken during class for marketing purposes for The 23rd Bite, Inc.
Guests who prefer not to appear in promotional materials should notify staff before class begins.
Liability
Participation involves the use of knives, hot equipment, and cooking appliances.
By attending, participants acknowledge these inherent risks and agree to participate at their own discretion.
GENERAL POLICY
